Jennifer Dockter
Jennifer was born and raised in Rupert, Idaho. She attended Boise State University on a full ride academic scholarship and studied at Louisiana State University earning an honor’s degree in Business Administration. She attended law school in San Diego where she graduated cum laude and at the top of her class. She worked in California before moving to the Northern Mariana Islands where she served the Judiciary both as a clerk and as their general legal counsel before entering private practice and handling complex civil litigation, family matters, and estate matters. Jennifer moved back to Rupert to be close to her family and together with her husband, Adam, started their firm. Jennifer continues to use her dispute resolution skills saving her clients immeasurable time, money, and heartache. However, some cases simply require aggressive litigation and when the time comes, she is ready.

Adam C. Hardwicke
Adam was born in Fresno California and obtained his early education in a diverse system that bussed into downtown as part of the Magnet Program. During his undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon, Adam studied abroad in Spain. During law school at Willamette University College of Law, Adam participated in a pilot program at the Catolica University in Quito Ecuador. Adam was a Public Defender in Colorado before moving to the Island of Saipan where he was a Public Defender and then Chief Public Defender before moving to the private sector and serving as General Counsel to the Public School System. Adam moved to Rupert, Idaho in 2017 to be closer to his family and together with his wife, Jennifer, started their firm. Adam is a Supreme Court certified mediator in civil, family, and criminal law matters. He has had great success mediating the seemingly unresolvable cases. However, Adam’s extensive trial experience means he is ready to fight for his clients whenever it becomes necessary.
